Our commitment to guarantee you a service of highest quality has led to us obtaining certificates such as the Bureau Veritas Quality International España, S.A. for the criteria of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.

All the hotels apply the Occupational Hazards Prevention Plan since 1999.

All the establishments have their Emergency Plan which is reviewed every year and tested in collaboration with the Work Accidents Mutual Company of Tarragona and the Fire Brigade of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

The hotels have had the Environmental Quality Guarantee distinciton form the Generalitat of Catalonia since 2002.
