Since 1994, this festival has always been designed with the citizens in mind, and its programme is mostly made up of local bands, who are the ones who really give the festival its unique, lively spirit. It has many social activities and several city entities take part in its organisation, filling the streets, bars and stages with the beats of these fabulous musical genres.
